A surface polished to 600# sandpaper, and the secondary surface EDM with Charmilles VDI21#, with smooth cavity surface. Harden the cavity and core with 1*4/S136 to have higher hardness and anti-wearing performance. Smooth runner and stable cavity pressure ensure the molded part has smooth surface and clear details w/o burrs
