The mold part is constructed using an LKM mold base and designed with a cold runner system. The surface of the mold has been etched with MT11010, and certain areas have undergone EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) using VDI27# (Makino) and LKM standard. The mold has a size of 400mm in length, 450mm in width, and 429mm in height. It features a pin point gate for injection. The tool life of the mold is expected to be 500,000 shots.
